What we collect

When you request a booking: your name or Instagram username, phone number and/or email, the service you chose, your comment, and any photos you add. If you create an account: your email or your Sign in with Apple identifier. If you allow notifications: a device token used only to send you updates about your bookings.

Who sees it

Only the salon you book with. Salons don't see each other's clients. We don't sell data and don't show ads.

Photos

Photos are resized and stripped of location data on your device before upload, and are visible only to the salon.

Where it's stored

With our database provider (Supabase) in the European Union (Ireland).

Deleting

You can cancel bookings and delete your account in the app. Salons keep a record of past visits for their own bookkeeping. To ask about your data, contact the salon or write to us.
